Love running

Okay, I don't really LOVE running...in fact sometimes I basically loathe running, BUT...I love that running gets me back in shape so quickly. It's a very gratifying form of exercise.

Ran 2.2 miles again today. Ran at 720pm up to hopkins track, mile at the track and back. I'm gonna miss that awesome 2 mile run...and having a track within running distance...that's been pretty stupendous this year. But I'm sure I'll find some place nice to run near me...maybe somewhere within a bike ride? Plus I'll have the YMCA membership again so that's always an option...tho I would def rather run outside as long as possible.

Once I move and get unpacked I will get back into my morning routine for abs and weights and such...that seemed to be the perfect combo earlier this year...too bad I fell off the wagon so hard.

No breakfast
Lunch at Chipolte with Viral (2.5 chicken tacos)
Dinner 2 slices of pepporoni pizza

Water all day

too bad moving is also not great for healthy eating either.

Been on the wagon...but without a map

So I actually have been pretty good about running...just not about updating.

Looking back...I know I ran Saturday and then Monday and Wednesday and now today again. I've been keeping at about 2.2 miles...when I was home last week I ran at PBHS track and ran 2 miles walked .25, here I run the whole 2.2 miles. The Vibram shoes are a win! Someone asked me about them in the elevator...he seemed super intrigued and was def going to go look them up as soon as he got off the elevator, but honestly I can't say enough good things about them. I love them.

I don't have any food anymore so updating what i've been eating is just sad and depressing.

Today for instance I've eated a 6" meatball sub from subway. and apples slices from subway. the end. Its 9:19 pm. and i've drank only water. oh and an ice tea from subway.

My blood sugar should be in awesome shape by the time I get a kitchen and groceries again.
