The pilot

I thought I would start a blog for my swimming progression...clearly I got the idea from andre but, I think it's a good way to keep tabs on what I'm doing and how I'm feeling in the water over time. I figure it can't hurt right?

So today I swam from 7-9am at the Guilderland YMCA, I got a lane to myself the whole time somehow and felt pretty good all practice. Luckily my shoulders haven't been bothering me these past week and a half. Today however, towards the end of my workout I got these weird pains in the back of my right thigh, they went a way with a few shakes but then I continued to get them periodically during the day. Not really a muscular or bone pain, more of like a nerve pain. Hopefully its just because I am sore and tired from starting running yesterday.

I meant to get to the gym to do some elliptical this afternoon, but just didn't get there...too lazy I guess...but I also don't want to over do it because of the meet this weekend.

Tomorrow I will swim-lift-run in the afternoon because my evening class got cancelled, I'm excited to get to sleep in tomorrow:-D
